Art for sale in Galleries

Contemporary Scottish artist Margaret Evans is known internationally for her evocative depictions of landscapes. Her works are featured in collections worldwide and are available from a range of Scottish galleries, as well as landscape and portrait commissions arranged direct with the artist.

A graduate of The Glasgow School of Art, Margaret then obtained her ATC for teacher training, from the Institute of Education, University of London. This training helped her decision to work in Adult Education, and eventually to start a business with her husband in Scotland - Shinafoot Studios, which arranged world class international artists to teach their art styles in Scotland, including her own workshops. This developed into painting holidays abroad, and eventually invitations from many art societies worldwide, for Margaret to teach her skills in oil painting & pastel work.

Now , after many years of international travel & teaching, Margaret has settled into her home studio to work on her exhibition work.
